The dashboard provides a quick overview of the network and commissioning status of your bridges and meters, including any with missing data.Below is a guide to the four different sections and how to interpret them.Status Overview#
The top section of the dashboard gives you a snapshot of your bridges' status. The cards that can be displayed in this section are:Offline: number of bridges assigned that are not currently connected to the network. It includes bridges that have not yet been installed or powered up.
No Energy Data > 24hrs: number of fully commissioned bridges that have been missing billable data for 24 hours or more.
No Energy Data > 1hr: number of fully commissioned bridges that have been missing half-hourly data for one hour or more.
Unknown Firmware: This card highlights bridges that might require a firmware update.
ID Mismatch: number of bridges with commissioning errors.
Connectivity#
Provides an overview of connectivity status and understanding if there are connectivity issues per meter and/or bridge type.Commissioning Overview#
This section provides information about the commissioning status of your online bridges. The cards in this section are:ID Mismatch: This shows the number of bridges where the Site ID reported by the device does not match the one expected by Glow Monitoring.
Unassigned: This indicates the number of bridges that have not been labelled or assigned to a site.
Billable data will not be transmitted for bridges in these states. Commissioned: number of bridges that are properly labelled and with available billable data.
Mobile Data Usage#
Provides visibility on mobile data usage to help identify devices with unusually high data consumption. The cards in this section are:Meter Type Data Usage: Total monthly data usage aggregated by bridge type.
Mobile Data Overview: Summary of your bridges, including:Number of bridges with missing mobile information (ICCID).
Number of bridges exceeding the current month's data limit (set to 4.0 MB/month).

Unusually high data usage may be related to firmware updates.
