Bridges

The Bridges Page provides a comprehensive list of all bridges assigned to your account or organisation.
image.png
This interactive table allows you to:
Filter bridges by their online/offline status.
Check whether a bridge is connected via NB-IoT or Wi-Fi.
Sort the list by MAC address, location, meter/bridge type, or firmware version.
Search for specific bridges by MAC address, serial number, location, Site ID, account number, or meter type.
Select a bridge to view its detailed information and data by clicking next to the MAC address.
You can also export a CSV file with all your bridges (Export All to CSV) or only the filtered table (Export to CSV)

Bridge Details#

This page provides a detailed view of a selected bridge's status and health.

Bridge Overview#

The top section features several cards with key health and energy consumption indicators.
image.png
Bridge Details: Displays the current connectivity status. It includes a Reboot button, which can be useful for troubleshooting.
Uptime: Shows how long the bridge has been transmitting data without interruption.
Clicking View Graph will display a timeline of when data transmission has been interrupted (i.e. when uptime goes back to zero).
Total Energy: Presents the most recent meter reading for cumulative active energy.
Clicking View Graph allows you to see this energy data over time.
Upload Count: Indicates the number of data packets the bridge has successfully delivered without interruption (data not available for older firmware versions).
Signal Strength: Shows the last transmitted signal strength indicator (RSSI). For bridges connected to NB-IoT, here's a general guide:
-150 to -110 RSSI: Weak signal.
-110 to -80 RSSI: Regular signal.
-80 to -65 RSSI: Strong signal.

Hardware Details#

Provides information about the bridge's hardware.

From here, you can request the bridge to send its firmware version and meter serial number. If the Meter Type is GlowBridge-DTSD545-CT, you can also set the CT ratios.

Location Details#

This section displays the Site ID and Account Number reported by the bridge. If the meter is fully commissioned, you can also go to the Site Details page by clicking on the right top corner of the card.

In this section, you will also see any commissioning errors occurring (see example in image below).

Meter Data#

This page displays your energy data over time, which you can view by day, week, or month by clicking the icon.
You also have the option to see the data in a table format or export it as a CSV file.
image.png
The available metrics are:
Total Active Energy
Half-Hourly Energy Consumption
Maximum Half-Hourly kVA
Billable (regular) energy data is only available for fully-commissioned meters. If not commissioned, only irregular data is provided (non-billable).
Refer to Meter Commissioning to learn how to get your meter fully-commissioned.
Also, depending on firmware version, Maximum Half-Hourly kVA might not be available.

Bridge Health Data#

This page also provides time-based graphs for several parameters that can help you identify and diagnose potential network health issues.
The available health parameters are:
Uptime over time
Packet Rate over time
Cellular RSSI over time (for bridges on mobile network)
Wi-Fi RSSI over time (for bridges on Wi-Fi)
